Pastor Mike & Tammy Adams are no strangers to ministry in the Riverbend area.  Mike grew up in a Pastor's home and Tammy has lived in the area all her life.  They have been married for 25 years.  They began their ministry as children's pastors and have served as youth ministers, music ministers, media pastors and associates for the past 15 years.  Pastor Mike says that God laid the vision for Lifehouse on his heart 25 years ago and now it has become a reality!

 Jerry & Carol Webb used to walk to the Roxana Theater from their house and enjoy the movies and an ice cream from the Cone Barn.  Being back in the theater is like coming home.  Jerry serves on the Leadership Council and also works in the Electrical Engineering Department at Winchester.  Carol is a Hostess at Lifehouse.  You'll find her serving up great coffee and snacks at the guest services counter.

 David & Debbie Ward have been in the Riverbend area most of their lives.  They have been active in the Roxana Community for years.  Debbie serves as an assistant teacher at Roxana's Central Elementary School and David works in the Pipe fitter shop at Connoco-Phillips.  Dave serves on the Leadership Council as Treasurer and Debbie is the Director of Children's Ministries

 Bruce & Julie Rogers met in Middle School and have been together ever since.  They are no strangers to the Riverbend.  Both have lived here all their lives.  Bruce serves on the Leadership Council at Lifehouse, runs sound, and produces the Lifehouse Podcast.  Every Sunday morning you will find Julie's smiling face at the Guest Services counter.  Their two children, Sarah (22) and Jacob (17) both work in the Children's Ministry Department.

Steve & Bobbi Russell have been actively involved in ministry for several years serving on various committees and as youth directors for a local church.  they are the parents of two great boys. (Now young men)
Steve serves as the director for Lifehouse "Men of Iron" men's ministry and Bobbi is currently serving as a member of the Leadership Council and directs the pre-school ministry at Lifehouse..

Nathan & Janae' Hausman are the youngest family involved in the Leadership Council but don't let their age fool you.  Nathan and Janae' both have a family heritage of ministry involvement.  Nathan serves on the Leadership Council and He works for the Highway Department. Janae' is a vital part of the music at Lifehouse. In fact she has been singing in church since she was a child, and has even tried out for American Idol.

Fred & April Hausman are both actively involved in minsitry at Lifehouse. April heads up a small group, Fred sings special music.  You will be sure to meet the Hausmans anytime you visis as they both serve as Directors of Service Host & Hostess .  April is also the director of the Lifehouse Small Groups Ministry.  Fred & April are the parents of four children.

Chris & Jennifer Link are both St. Louis area natives and huge fans of Cardinal baseball!  Chris has recently joined the leadership team as a Leadership Council Trainee and Advisor.  Jennifer is currently employed as a manage at Olin Credit Union and is actively involved in the Lifehouse Ladies group.
